Enrollment Fees
Enrollment Fee: $100 per child due upon enrollment
Re-Enrollment Fee: $50 annually per child
Deposit
Deposit Fee: $200 per child due upon enrollment, to hold your child’s spot.
Overnight Care
Ages Newborn – 12 months: $30/hour
Ages 1 – 2 years: $25/hour
Ages 2 – 5 years: $20/hour
Other Fees
Late pick up fee: $1/minute after the 5 minute grace period
Late payment fee: $10/per late day
Returned check fee: $100
Tuition Policy
Tuition Fees may be reimbursed when a child is requested to leave Ouray Family Childcare. Fees will be reimbursed by applying a credit to the parent portal on Brightwheels or by check. Situations may vary. Please note, if a child does not attend Ouray Family Childcare, tuition is paid in full. SEE policies for “Sick/Vacation/Personal Days.”
Enrollment Notes
• The $100 enrollment fee covers preparations for your child’s arrival, such as setting up a cubby, reviewing and entering records into computer files, and filing forms, as well as holding their spot until the time care is scheduled to begin.
• Payments are received through the Playground App.
• Subsidies, sibling discounts, and early enrollment discounts may apply, inquire within.
Discounted flat monthly rates are available for families enrolled in 3 or more days per week.
